Marvina Cleveland — pen name Rivers — is the CEO of the Marvina Case Family of Companies, including SwētSPOT, Set-Aside Queen, Chocolate Cyclops Construction, and Talarai LLC. She has over 20 years of experience facilitating large-scale government contracts across 42 countries, building an empire while most people were making excuses.

She is 43% Ho-Chunk Nation, 23% Black, 23% White, and 11% Southeast Asian. She is 6’4”. She is legally blind. She has a metal plate in her skull from a brain surgery. She has survived five clinical deaths. She rebuilt her body from 300+ pounds to an hourglass using peptide protocols she designed herself. She is a committed Protestant Christian with sophisticated biblical exegesis rooted in Hebrew and Greek texts. She is an INTJ who processes faster than she feels and has never apologized for it.

She previously served as commissioner for the Town of Gilbert, Arizona. She is co-founder of Tokyo Dream Brands, a hospitality and gaming venture with a global expansion roadmap: Seattle flagship → Tokyo (Fall 2027) → Sydney/Melbourne → Austin → LA.

Her first book, The Set-Aside Queen: Hybrid Vigor, is the operating system — strategic pragmatic realism, identity leverage, cognitive sovereignty, and the Case Methodology. Her second book, Transactional Love: Mutual Usage, Mutual Gain, is the operating system under load — a terminal diagnosis, 651 dates, a thirteen-day marriage, and the proof that the system works when everything is on the line. She does not have the quote-unquote credentials a lot of people hide behind. She didn’t wait for a piece of paper to tell her she was smart. Her credentials came from knowledge she earned on her own — she read, she experienced, she executed.
